FAQs

Are walk-in diners welcome?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate every guest.

Reservations are preferred. Click here to make yours.

Attire Standards

  • Guest attire can elevate or diminish the experience of others. We consider tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too casual for our restaurants. Our staff takes pride in their appearance and we ask our guests to respect our attire guidelines.

Dinning Guidelines

  • We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Our restaurant is not intended for large groups.

  • The majority of our tables can accommodate only up to 7 people.

  • We try our best to serve larger groups and must email customer service for seating and menu options.

  • Separate reservations made with the intent to create larger parties will not be served.

  • While we consider special requests, modifications are not always possible as they can impact the focus of the kitchen and the integrity of many dishes.

  • Please notify us of any allergies.

  • To minimize distractions to other guests, please take cell phone conversations out of seated areas, set devices to silent, and limit the use of laptops or tablets.

Are pets welcome?

No, we do our best to accommodate every guest; however, due to the safety, health concerns, and general comfort of all guests, we ask that you leave our furry friends at home.

Service Animal: A dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

  • What we allow:

    • Guests are allowed to be accompanied by service animals during a guest visit and are not required to disclose the presence of a service animal before arriving.

    • Hosts are only allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:

      • Request information to appropriately identify and distinguish a service animal from any other emotional dog/pet

        • A guest’s service animal must not be:

          • Out of control

          • Unhousebroken

          • Left alone at the listing without prior approval

          • Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest

          • Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control

May we bring children?

Children of all ages are welcome at Nate’s on Marsh.

  • If your child is old enough to sit in a chair, please include them in your reservation.

  • High-chairs are available upon request.

  • Plan to bring a stroller? That's helpful for us to know in your reservation notes. Our dinning rooms are small and we only have a few options of placement if they are required.

Do you offer patio seating?

We sure do - our covered patio is heated and available for dinner service.

Prefer indoor or outdoor seating? While not guaranteed due to volume, we'll do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Are you vegetarian-friendly?

Yes, we offer select vegetarian options.

  • There are no vegan items available at this time.

  • When booking your reservation (link) please note any allergies or dietary restrictions.

What's your corkage fee?

$25 per standard bottle (750ml)

Corkage is waived per bottle purchased from our Wine List.

Do you have a waitlist?

For dinner service, we manage a waitlist via Resy. If a table becomes available, you'll  be notified immediately via text.
